I think it's best to just read these entries, to get to know things about me. ("I cannot explain my plays. Each must find out for himself what is meant." - Samuel Beckett) I'm at school at UC Santa Cruz, doing astrophysics and English literature. I love reading. For fun I ride my bike, or go to the ocean (except, sea creatures scare the fuck out of me when I am swimming with them), or ski, weather permitting. I'm a fan of civil disobedience and democratic socialism, among other things. For guidance I seek Carl Sagan, Richard Feynman, James Joyce, Jack Kerouac, Charles Bukowski, Stanley Kubrick, Zen Buddhism, and the oracle at Delphi (in which there are two inscriptions: γνῶθι σεαυτόν - "know thyself," and μηδὲν ἄγαν - "nothing in excess").
